I actually made enchiladas for dinner tonight. I didn't do it on purpose... we just happened to have all the ingredients for it and then while I was making them Sarah said, "Cinco de mayo food?" and I was like, "Yeaaahhhh."
We also thought about "Auntie Lana" (who I like to call Lana Lang) since it's her birthday. Happy Birthday Lana!!
